2023年12月29日，“纪念中韩建交31周年2023丝绸之路国际合作中韩论坛”在韩国首尔举办。此次论坛由韩中丝绸之路国际交流协会主办。
On 29th December 2023, the "China—Korea Forum on Silk Road International Cooperation in Commemoration of the 31st Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and South Korea" was held in Seoul, South Korea. The forum was organised by the Korea-China Silk Road International Exchange Association.

来自中韩两国近500名企业界、学术界人士汇聚一堂，就直播带货、跨境电商、物流、医疗观光等热门领域的商业合作进行交流和讨论。中国驻韩国大使馆经济商务处公使衔参赞古金生、第八任联合国秘书长、博鳌亚洲论坛理事长潘基文以及多位韩国政界人士参会并致辞。中韩青年企业家创业者支援联合会理事长赵超受邀参会。

Nearly 500 businessmen and academics from China and South Korea gathered to exchange views and discuss business cooperation in popular areas such as live streaming, cross-border e-commerce, logistics and medical tourism. Minister Counsellor Gu Jinsheng of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Korea, Ban Ki-moon, the 8th Secretary-General of the United Nations and Chairman of the Boao Forum for Asia, and a number of Korean politicians attended and delivered speeches. Zhao Chao, Chairman of China-Korea Young Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurs Support Association, was invited to attend the meeting.

古金生代读中国驻韩国大使邢海明的致辞。邢海明强调，中韩是搬不走的近邻，分不开的合作伙伴。中韩两国在共建“一带一路”方面有着巨大的合作潜力。欢迎更多中韩企业拓宽合作、携手同行，共同参与到共建“一带一路”中来，为推动两国、地区乃至世界发展作出积极贡献。
Mr Gu Jinsheng reads out a message from Mr Xing Haiming, Chinese Ambassador to the Republic of Korea. Xing Haiming stressed that China and South Korea are close neighbours and inseparable partners. China and South Korea have great potential for cooperation in building the "Belt and Road". More Chinese and Korean enterprises are welcome to broaden their cooperation, join hands, and participate in building the "Belt and Road" together, so as to make positive contributions to the development of the two countries, the region and eventheworld.

韩中丝绸之路国际交流协会会长李先虎在致辞中表示，当今世界面临疫情、战争、通货膨胀、气候变化等诸多全球性问题，越是这样，中韩两国越应该加强交流和合作，同舟共济、共同发展。

Li Xianhu, president of Korea-China Silk Road International Exchange Association, said in his speech that the world is facing many global problems such as epidemics, wars, inflation, climate change, etc., and the more this happens, the more China and South Korea should strengthen exchanges and co-operation, and share the same boat and common development.

论坛上，还举行了隆重的颁奖仪式。中韩青年企业家创业者支援联合会理事长赵超荣获本届论坛唯一文化交流大奖——“2023中韩文化交流贡献奖”。该奖项由李先虎亲自颁发，旨在感谢赵超努力传承和发扬优秀文化，甘于推动文化的交流，为中韩文化传承交流作出突出贡献。

A grand award ceremony was also held at the forum. Zhao Chao, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the China-Korea Young Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurs Support Association, was awarded the only cultural exchange award of the Forum - "2023 China-Korea Cultural Exchange Contribution Award". The award was presented by Mr Li Xianhu himself to thank Chao Zhao for his efforts to pass on and develop the excellent culture, his willingness to promote cultural exchanges, and his outstanding contribution to the cultural heritage and exchanges between China and South Korea.

Chao Zhao has long been active in China-Korea business and cultural exchanges and China-Korea foreign student young entrepreneurs entrepreneurial public welfare activities, China-Korea Youth Entrepreneurship Association and many well-known Korean enterprises to establish a close cooperative relationship. The association draws on the successful experience of the development of venture capital associations in China and South Korea, makes full use of the public welfare preferential policies given by the bilateral governments, and gives full play to the advantages of the strong background and abundant capital possessed by the enterprise member units. In addition, with the comprehensive, high-level, multi-channel one-stop comprehensive services and the high-end positioning of being based on China and Korea, facing the world and integrating with the world, CKYCU has developed rapidly since its establishment, and is now in the process of solid development, in order to become an international platform for public welfare entrepreneurship support for foreign students in China and Korea, exchange of information and optimisation of high-end contacts, and an important force for the transmission of the spirit of the young people's nationalism between the two countries and for the cultural exchange between the two countries.

Ban Ki-moon, the eighth Secretary-General of the United Nations and Chairman of the Boao Forum for Asia, received Zhao Chao, Chairman of the China-Korea Young Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurs Support Association.

潘基文对中韩青年企业家创业者支援联合会的工作及组织留学生公益活动给予了充分的肯定与支持，并代表潘基文基金会对赵超长期以来为中韩友谊及文化交流留学生创业作出了突出的贡献表示感谢。希望赵超带领中韩两国间的跨国扶持青年创业公益联合协会及优秀的在韩留学生，在未来的公益行动中再接再厉，为中韩留学生创业及经济复苏发挥重要作用。

Ban Ki-moon fully affirmed and supported the work of CKYPF and the organisation of public welfare activities for foreign students, and expressed his gratitude on behalf of the Ban Ki-moon Foundation to Chao Zhao for his outstanding contribution to the friendship between China and South Korea and cultural exchanges of foreign students' entrepreneurship for a long time. We hope that Chao Zhao will lead the cross-border Youth Entrepreneurship Support Association between China and South Korea and the outstanding foreign students in South Korea to make further efforts in the future public welfare activities and play an important role for the entrepreneurship of foreign students in China and South Korea as well as the economic recovery of China and South Korea.
